D-Prompt fields

This section allows you to add, change the name, or delete the index fields within the selected profile.

• Add a Field
  • To add a field, simply type the name within the "Prompt" box (see arrow 1), then select the "Add" button (see arrow 2).
• Change Field Name
  • To change the name of a field, select within the row of the desired field (see arrow 3), type the new name within the "Prompt" box (see arrow 1), and then select the "Update" icon (see arrow 4) within the same row of the Index Field being changed.
• Delete Field (see arrow 5) Use Caution when using this feature. If you accidently delete a field, there is no way to return it.  All the data used to search within this field will no longer be accessible to end users when doing a search.

NOTE:  Do not add special characters that match Key Words or SQL Commands (ie: date, insert, select).  Add at least one additional character to these Key Words (ie: document date, date of document, date 1, date 2, dates).
