B-General information

After selecting a profile, you will see within the General Information section the Profile's name listed in the "Name" field.  You will find underneath this "Name" field a field called "Limit Search Results."  By default the quantity is set to 10,000 records.  You may increase or decrease this quantity if desired.  This quantity effects the amount of records a user will view after conducting a search result.  Faster search performance can be acheived when selecting lower quantities (less than 10,000), especially if this Profile experiences heavy user traffic or using a slow DBMS like ACCESS.
