D-Data lookups

If any of the fields need to become a drop down option for quicker and unified indexing, follow these steps.

This section contains the drop down data for your index fields.

• Select the row containing the field you would like to add or change the drop down content for.
• Select the "Set Table" icon (see arrow 1),
• Type the name of the table you will be using for this drop down (see arrow 2). Then click the "Update" button (see arrow 3).
  • If this will be a new table IMS will create it, and you can use the "Add" icon (see arrow 4) to enter the information you want displayed in the drop down list
  • If this is an existing table, you can use the "Add" icon (see arrow 4) to add or remove the existing data in the table.

Option 1
If you have created a table within your DBMS, select the "Update" icon (see arrow 1).
Now type the exact table name you created within your DBMS into the "Data Lookup" box (see arrow 2).
Select the "Update" button (see arrow 3)
Option 2
If you would like to manage your list from within the Management Interface, Select the "Add" icon (see arrow 4)
Type or Paste from another source your list of drop down content within box (see arrow 5).  One option per line.
Once completed, Select the "Add" button (see arrow 6).
