B-Advanced options

To enable the following features require purchasing and entering license keys.

Security Required (see arrow 1)

Selecting this feature allows you to set security levels for both users and documents.

Enable User Level Permissions (see arrow 2)

Enable Auditing (see arrow 3)

If selecting this feature, you should greatly consider using a DBMS. This feature will store a great amount of data and could slow processing when using IMS. Of course, this is effected by the quantity of users and level of activity.
Enabling this Audit feature allows for the ultimate advanced audit settings, knowing virtually every action made by each user.

NOTE: You must enable User Level Permissions before enabling Security Required, or Auditing. these features work hand-in-hand.
