Automated Route
There are a few methods for automating the routing process.
Stamp feature
Records and the attachments can be routed automatically by applying a stamp to either a Tiff or PDF attachment. See more about Stamp functionality found within the Annotations section of this Help Center or click here: Stamp Features
Special Scripting
You may contact your software provider for assistance in either writing scripts or software development in order to create the perfect automated routing solution of your choice. These services typically are an additional cost.
SQL Programming
Depending on your needs, your companies own IT/IS department may have the now how for allowing the SQL database to move records around within the database automatically. You may also contact your software provider for assistance and a price quote.
