Once you start using IMS, you will soon discover more and more possibilities. Most customers call asking if IMS can do this or do that in addition to their current use, and our response is typically “yes”. Sometimes third party integration is required, or an upgrade to our Enterprise version, but IMS is a very scalable and multifunctional product.
Some organizations purchase IMS for capturing data off of phone lines or strictly managing digital data (no paper involved), but most simply want to scan their paper for faster retrieval and disaster recovery efforts. Whatever your plans, IMS will meet your needs.
