IMS-Personal or PLUS Editions
There are 3 Basic Modules to IMS. When needing to scan documents, typically using Batch Scanning, select the Scan button. Once any enhancements have been performed to the images you would select the Make Documents button. Next you would select the Index button to enter information within each field. When needing to access information, you can select the View button.
There are other modules to both IMS-PLUS and Enterprise, but the buttons marked with arrows are the most accessed and End-User friendly. See Advanced Functions section to this manual to learn more about other modules.
