Designating a Super User

A Super User will be the "go-to-person" for most of the user interaction needs. The larger your organization, the more Super Users will most likely be needed. When end-users need training, or user support, they can rely on a Super User to assist. A Super User is typically more advanced in technology than your average end-user. You may want your Super User to know how to set-up bar codes and to tell IMS to read these bar codes for a particular document. Super Users, for example, may not be an IT or IS staff member, but usually a department manager. This person may also have the ability to add or remove end-users’ viewable and annotation rights. It is important to designate at least one Super User to minimize redundant calls to your Reseller Support services.
