System Requirements

Minimum

Windows XP or earlier: requires 2Ghz or better processor and 2 GB of RAM
Windows Vista or earlier: 2Ghz or better processor and 4 GB of RAM

Optimum

Windows XP or earlier: requires 2Ghz or better processor and 4 GB of RAM
Windows Vista or earlier: 2Ghz or better processor and 6 GB to 8GB of RAM

NOTE: If frequently scanning color images, inserting pages within existing documents, using annotations, or the advanced digital signature/stamp features on a regular basis: We recommend using faster processors, better video cards, and a minimum of 8GB of RAM to ensure optimum performance.

Audit Features: Please consult with your Authorized Imaging Made Simple Reseller as to how much processing and memory should be allocated for the audit feature; the audit feature requires a healthy amount of processing power.

CLOUD SERVICE: When using this service, two common factors must be considered. A) Completely dependent upon a reliable, consistent, and average-to-fast speed connection. B) Best to use a professional or business class version operating system of Windows when using the thick-client. If using the web viewer (thin client), the operating system does not have any specific requirements.
